Charter for the bereaved
The Institute
of Cemetery and Crematorium Management (ICCM) produced
the charter in 1996 and the North East Surrey Crematorium Board was
granted charter status in April 2005.
The charter sets out expected service standards and is a way to continue to improve the services offered to the bereaved.
