CoronaVirus. Updated 25 March 2020 at 10:30am
As you are aware, we are in unprecedented times, and therefore have had to make necessary changes to our facilities to ensure that we follow Government guidance on limiting the spread of Coronavirus.
We are taking the necessary steps to keep our communities safe.
Entrance to the office is restricted to one person at a time, but you can still contact us on 020 8337 4835, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond to you as quickly as we can. The Book of Remembrance Room is closed to visitors until further notice and the toilet facilities will only be open during funeral services.
Funeral services. We have introduced special measures to protect the public and staff including restricting mourners to immediate family and only up to a MAXIMUM of 15 people. Funeral directors have been fully briefed and families with funerals in the coming weeks have been advised accordingly.
Should you visit the gardens? We suggest that you do not visit the gardens during this time but if you do please follow the advice from the NHS to limit the risk of infection. Please do not approach grounds staff who continue to maintain the grounds to the usual high standard without the risk of infection. The crematorium grounds will remain open to the public during the normal advertised hours.
We thank you for your understanding at these difficult times and wish everybody well.
